Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. Street Cats Automotive is not responsible for non-Street Cats Automotive items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to Street Cats Automotive.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.streetcatsautomotive.com

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be in their original state, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Discounted sales are FINAL SALE, therefore not applicable to these terms and conditions.

  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. 

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Customers are responsible for any return costs, unless discussed via email.

  • We suggest obtaining proof of return and retaining it until your refund has been processed.

  • You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been approved.

  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 days of arrival to our location.

  • Once approved, allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.

  • Please select a carrier of your choice and contact us for mailing address.

STICKER GUIDELINES

  • Clear images must be given when complaint of sticker damage/misprint

  • You MUST apply sticker carefully, slowly and onto a clean and prepared surface. If not done so refund/replacement is not accepted.

  • We can only refund/replace stickers purchased from www.streetcatsautomotive.com

  • Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Discounted sales are FINAL SALE, therefore not applicable to these terms and conditions.

  • Refund/replacement can only be warranted within 30 days of purchase.
